FABIAN OBERFELD is a founding member and CEO of TOG Capital, where Mr. Oberfeld oversees the financial and transactional aspect of the firm, including the negotiation and structuring of complex transactions for the company's various projects, including its real estate holdings, secured loan structures and other investments. Mr. Oberfeld is also a founder and managing member of Liberty Groves and Silverdust Orchards, which are responsible for farming over 1200 acres of pistachios, grapes and citrus fruit. In addition to overseeing the acquisition of this land, as well as the development and financing of its orchards, Mr. Oberfeld is currently structuring the transformation of these properties into a major Planned Community, including residential, commercial and industrial development. Since 1991, Mr. Oberfeld has been the founder and president of various clothing companies, which sell $150 million annually to high-profile retailers across the country, including Target, Kohls, JC Penney, Nordstrom and Macy's. Between 1988 and 1990, Mr. Oberfeld was the Vice-President of the Bank of Beverly Hills Capital Corporation, which operated and managed real estate ventures owned by the Bank of Beverly Hills. Mr. Oberfeld graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from UCLA.
